Everything is taken care of from the initial contact with local councils, completing all the paperwork to dealing with the planning officer and ensuring a seamless, hassle free process.

Yes of course and this is one of the reasons we stand out with the service we offer. We have our own architectural designer who will create a garden room design to suit your requirements and preferences. We do not have a ‘fixed’ design, we can produce any style of room you would like from a small contemporary office to a large garden annexe containing living accommodation, kitchen and bathroom. Yes. Not all gardens are perfectly rectangular and you may have trees in your garden that are close to your proposed room location. We can design and build a garden room to suit your garden exactly that will take into consideration your garden boundary, trees and existing house position.

We offer a truly bespoke design service to suit you and your garden.

The majority of our garden rooms are made using SIP’s panels. Structurally insulated panels are the best performing construction method on the market and will ensure you have a garden room that is highly insulated, is airtight and will require very little heating, even in the winter.

We clad the outside of the building in Western Red Cedar, Siberian Larch, or composite cladding. This can be clad in either horizontal or vertical form and will be decided via the design process. Samples are provided at the design stage to help you make your decision.

Our quotation includes all the internal electrics to your garden room including consumer unit, sockets, lighting and light switches. It also includes connecting your garden room to the house using armoured cable. We don’t have hidden extras at Studio Garden Rooms, we provide a quotation that covers everything down to minor details.

You are more than welcome to use your own electrician to carry out this work should you wish to do so.

Most definitely. We build our garden rooms using high performance SIP’s which not only gives you the highest level of insulation, but the room is also extremely airtight. The garden room will out perform your house and will require very little heating, even in the winter. Your garden room is designed for all year round use and will keep you warm and cosy when the weather outside is at its worst.

Yes, all of our garden rooms come fitted with a wall mounted 2kw electric heater. Combined with our high performing SIP’s panels, this will require very little use and will ensure you have an extremely warm and comfortable room when needed. As an optional extra we also offer underfloor heating and air conditioning units.

If your design has a bathroom or kitchen then we will supply and fit all the required plumbing from fixtures and fittings to connection to drains.

Yes of course. We offer both aluminium and upvc doors and windows depending on budget. There are bifold, sliding and French doors and all will come with high performance glazing units as standard.

We can design and install a roof window onto any of our garden rooms. We will recommend a suitable roof window based on the amount of glazing on your walls and the direction the roof is facing.

We can build you a garden room on pretty much any sloping site. Our design consultant will check your garden at the initial consultation and we can then design a suitable foundation system to match the site.

Yes we can. We can create an extended decking area or build you a paved patio to your specification that will finish off your new garden room.

Most definitely. We are one of the few garden room companies that offer this service. As a business with a background in both garden rooms and garden room extensions, we can offer various options to give you the perfect dream garden room. A garden room extension may be subject to planning permission but don’t worry, we have got you covered. Studio Garden Rooms take care of all planning permissions and building regulations applications on your behalf. We can talk you through the whole process at our initial consultation.

When an order is placed a 25% deposit is required. An installation date is then allocated, and all necessary materials are ordered. A further 25% is due on commencement of the work on site. Upon commencement of the plaster board fitting we require 40% payment. The final balance will be paid on handover of the keys and when you are completely satisfied with your completed garden room.
