Most of our garden rooms are designed and built in a way that doesn’t require planning permission. They adhere to permitted development guidelines. We will provide you with comprehensive information about the regulations during our free consultation. And for any garden room that may require planning permission, our architect will handle the planning permission on your behalf as part of our comprehensive service.
Will I be warm during winter?
Our garden rooms are constructed with high-performance SIPs or with a more traditional timber frame method, providing exceptional insulation and creating an airtight environment. With superior thermal efficiency, our garden rooms require minimal heating, even during winter months. Designed for year-round use, our rooms will keep you warm and cozy even in the harshest weather.
My garden is on a slope, can I still have a garden room?
Our expertise enables us to construct garden rooms on various sloping sites. During the initial consultation, our designer will assess your garden and develop a foundation system that is tailored to the specific conditions of the site.
